Various Street Faires - Over the last few summers, CLEF has participated in various street faires such as the 3rd Street grand opening and the Downtown Association's summer faire series.

Public Safety Day 2009 - May 2009, Each year CLEF helps the MHPD put on its annual Public Safety Day and Open House event.  Public safety agencies from around the area are invited to join us and bring their equipment for public viewing.  The police station is open for "behind the scenes" tours during this annual event that has become a favorite among local families.

Taste of Morgan Hill 2009 - September 2009, CLEF participated in the Taste of Morgan Hill.  It's great to get out and talk to everyone about who we are and what we do for the community and to thank everyone for their support.

Halloween 2009 - October 2009, CLEF participated in the Downtown Association's Safe Trick or Treat.  What fun to see all the ghosts and goblins!

National Night Out 2010 - August 2010 - 2010 was CLEF's 2nd year helping with the annual National Night Out and Ice Cream Social event at City Hall.  National Night Out is a nationwide crime prevention event sponsored by local police departments and Target.

Many communities hold local block parties or various other events.  Morgan Hill holds its event at City Hall and invites everyone out for ice cream and an opportunity to meet the men and women of the Morgan Hill Police Department that ensure the safety of our community.  This year we were fortunate to see a demo of Pax and his handler, Officer David Ray.  If you missed it check out the video!!

Public Safety Day 2010 - September 2010 - This year's Open House at the Morgan Hill Police Department featured officers and equipment from the Morgan Hill PD including Pax and officer David Ray, Pax's handler; the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, Santa Clara County Fire Department, Cal Fire and the California Highway Patrol. Other participants included the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), Morgan Hill Amateur Radio Emergency Services (MHARES) and Air for Paws.

The Community Law Enforcement Foundation wants to express its thanks to Interim Police Chief Daniel Ortega, the men and women of the Morgan Hill Police Department and all of the officers, deputies and firefighters who took part in the Open House.
